I got the deluxe room which was really nice. The room upon entering was super stuffy, I even opened up the windows to eliminate the scent. Although it was a non smoking room, I believe the previous people smoked cigarettes. The room had a king bed and I’m really disappointed on how noisy the box spring was. That really needs to be replaced. The mattress itself was not comfortable. I usually call to check out, while I called I was placed on hold for 10mins. My bf went downstairs to the service desk and no one was there. Eventually someone finally comes. I wouldn’t had care about being on hold for so long but this situation made us late to work. Something that takes 2 minutes took 20 minutes. Checking in was easy and smooth. On the other hand, checking out took forever. I’ve been to this hotel several times, but this last experience was just not good.

A great place to rest between hikes
Great value for the price in this area. Overall the room is clean, comfortable with great WiFi, AC/Heat and all lights were in working order. Toiletries worked great and plenty of towels/pillows. Beds were amazing and the location is quiet with amazing restaurants in the immediate area. We had a few issues but nothing that required us to change our room. Eric is a great asset to the property. The room key (Rm 165) would not unlock even after a couple of change outs - Eric got us keys that worked. The toilet wouldn’t flush correctly and we were provided a plunger. Once that got cleared out I noticed that the ring seal on the bottom was leaking a little, hopefully maintenance will take care of that. It was a great place to rest between hikes, will plan to visit again.
