Location
This is my third stay here. The staff is friendly. This location is central and is walking distance to shopping, Plaza Mayor, Plaza Sol. There is even a grocery store right around the corner from apartments. Rooms are very spacious. This is my go to apartments when visiting Madrid. The train station is 10 minute drive. Taxis are readily available both at train station and in front of apartments.

En las fotos usadas en la web se ve todo mucho más bonito y en mejor estado que en la realidad. Mi apartamento tenía buenos electrodomésticos pero el mobiliario y decoración necesita muchas nejoras: mesas rotas, marcos de cuadros rotos, sofá desgastado y muy incómodo, etc.

This spacious flat, nestled in the heart of the city in a safe area, offers ample room for comfortable living. The cleanliness of the flat is commendable, ensuring a pleasant environment. However, the nighttime noise from the street can be disruptive. For sure i will stay again.

Great location and friendly staff
The staff is very friendly and helpful. Our apartment was available even though we arrived early in the morning from an international flight. The apartments are large and comfortable. The pillows are a bit flat, but ok. Overall great. Centrally located!

Great central location however…
The apartment is beautiful, very spacious and exceptionally clean. Unfortunately I had problems with the water in the bathroom and so was left with a cold shower on a dribble of water! I raised this twice whilst staying but they were unable to fix it. I don’t mind a good wake up call but it was quite uncomfortable towards the end. The water issue meant there were lots of interruptions throughout my stay which meant for very little privacy!
