I stayed in the "luxury garden view room", i was disappointed for several reasons:
1- The furniture in the room is a 3 star hotel furniture. Although the furniture of hotel lobby is 5 star.
2- The bed was in the middle of the room. They built closets behind the bed. And no electricity socket near the bed to charge your phone.
3- A round table and 2 chairs were between the bed and the way to the toilet and closet. I had to move the chairs to have more space in the room
4-The sink mixer handle broke and draining the water takes time. I dont know if they check the room regularly after every guest.
My parents stayed in a "premium suite".It had alot of furniture pieces, It would have been better if they would have a mini kitchen.
The staff were nice and helpful. The room was clean. Since it's a resort, the villas are desingned in a nice way, walking from the villa to the restaurant to the lobby is nice. The breakfast buffet was perfect.
The value for money I give it a 5/10.
