The hotel was a dump. No microwave, the refrigerator was dirty. The sliding door did not lock. Holes in the walls that you can see outside. Hotel room was dirty, towels had holes in them. Not a safe hotel very disappointed.

they did not have disabled parking which I believe is a violation of state and maybe federal law. The first room they put me in was dingy an incredibly noisy and the upstairs neighbor was incredibly noisy. I got moved to another room, and had to get the key remade five times.

Dirty, stains, carpet filthy (not vacuumed) No deadbolt, the most disgusting room I’ve ever stayed in. You need to take this off your site. $168. You couldn’t pay me to stay there Forgot yo take pictures as I wanted to leave as soon as possible. There are not enough words to describe how bad this room was

Omg where do I start upon going to the hotel there was no airport shuttle! Check in was nice I knew it was too good to be true. Get to the room its stations on the sheets. I informed housekeeping of course there was a language barrier. Floors are nasty had to keep slippers on other wise my feet would be filthy. Going into the bathroom dirt on the floor hair on the floor. And someone left a link hard wash cloth on the shower line and housekeeping didn’t remove it. The toilet barely flushed. The smoke detector feel off the was and it didn’t work. The tv barely worked. The second day I got no room cleaning no fresh sheet and the trash was not empty I called front desk they say oh no one’s here to help at the moment. I had to go to the manger and retrieve bleach and disinfectant spray. Hotels aren’t even suppose to use the cleaning supplies he gave me. The manger walked me to the laundry room to get my own towels and rags. Food was left behind the dresses and under the fridge. Headboards were dusty. Stains on the walls room phone was. It working. This was a ran down shack. 0-10 never would recommend. They fact I have pictures makes it worst!

Nice hotel, nice location, very friendly staff..... only thing I would recommend is that they upgrade/fix their rooms a bit. Our had a broken shower handle, broken lock on the bathroom door...little things that can be fixed...

The common area/hall carpets were very dirty/large stains. The elevator seemed unsafe and would jolt loudly when going up. The room itself was even worst. My first room had made beds, but the towels were half folded, and one towel was on the shower bar and the shower mat was already on the floor. There was trash in the trash cans, and bottle caps, wrappers and receipts on the night stand and table. The carpet was not swept and nasty. The second room I moved to had folded towels at least but it was evident the carpets were not vacuumed and crumbs and debris. The shower was pretty bad. I didn't have a TV remote that worked the first night. I tried to get out of night 2 as soon as I checked late on night one, but Expedia was no help, claiming they couldn't get ahold of the front desk, so I was forced to stay night 2 as well, as I refused to pay for 2 hotels for night 2. I didnt even request money back, just wanted to not have to stay a second night as soon as I checked in, but Expedia couldn't help blaming the hotel. All around horrible travel experience. Pay the extra money and go Marriot or Hilton.
