We stayed here when we fly into Miami to take a cruise. Nice place to stay and it has a very good restaurant. We love that they arrange a shuttle for us to go to the cruise port.

Hildy and Laura at the front desk were amazingly kind. The staff here was excellent. We got stranded in Miami due to flights and truly the people here could not have been nicer to us. We were grateful and would certainly return.

Called the front desk for an hour after speaking to victor the manager as the pickup for the shuttle bus no response . Then he was rude trying to tell me that other people where being drop off an that he couldn’t give me an answer. How do you have one shuttle bus for that many people expectially with delay smh no sense
