Comfy bed, good breakfast. Bad restaurant.
I had some lovely sleep in Double Tree, the bed was huge and the room was airy and pleasant. Unfortunately neither mine nor my colleagues rooms were ready on arrival (after check in time) and we had to wait. One of us waited over an hour which is unacceptable. Reception staff didn’t seem to care. Check out was terrible as well; items were incorrectly named on the invoice. This may have been because it was night staff but it needs to be correct especially for business users. I only used the restaurant once because it was so salty it was inedible. If I wanted salt granulated all over my food and plate I would have added it myself. However breakfast was very good with a great mixture of hot and cold which catered for all tastes.

Quick check in and made sure I was happy through my stay even got me extra blanket I requested as came from Dolomites. Cuisine was delicious and loved Lasagna and the cod . Definitely loved my stay and shall return 🥰❤️

The staff was very helpful and kind. The rooms were very clean & spacious. The only complaint I had was; at 5:30am construction or tree felling began (chainsaws) and that was annoying & interrupted our much needed sleep.

Situated next to a golf complex, this hotel is very new, quiet and orderly. Had to dock for a night before a longer stay in the center of Milano. It's in a northern Italian setting of small, quaint towns.

I liked that it was a typical North American hotel with the soaps and shampos in the bathroom. Bed and linens were good. The restaurant is not very good. This was our last 2 nights in italy and having travelled around and tasted some great food, this restaurant was at best average.
