Nice hotel!
I was here with my two teenaged children for the Fur Squared convention. The hotel is beautiful with many styling aspects that echo 1920s glamour. There is also an upscale restaurant, a pub-style restaurant, a breakfast restaurant, and Starbucks onsite. The only thing missing from the hotel room was a microwave, but there is one available on the 6th floor by the vending machines. One thing to be wary of is the the hotels.com itinerary listed check-out time as noon, but it is actually 11:00AM! This is no fault of the hotel though (obviously).

Was advised at front desk that there is no Manager on the property and is apparent. Cleanliness is wanting…. Carpets in need of serious cleaning. Had to get a tv channel guide at front desk as none provided in room. Once great hotel is sorry.!

My husband and i stayed at the Hilton Milwaukee city center a few weeks ago and absolutely Loved it so we decided to stay again. This time we booked a suite because we had our two kids with us. We checked in and the staff were helpful, friendly and pleasant. They had great customer service. We were given our room key to room 905. When we got to the room the key didn't work so my husband went down to let the staff know. They gave us another key. We tried it and that key didn't work either. I went back down to let then know. They told me they would send maintenance up. The maintenance guy came up and told us that someone else was in the room. They gave us another room and 4 free breakfast coupons. We went to the other room which was 663. The bed had stains on it and neither phones worked. I called the front desk from my cell phone and the staff were friendly and offered to give us another room. We accepted. It was definitely a inconvenience.
