Overall had a great stay at this resort and just a few minor issues. The wifi where we were on level 3 was not working well and the shower had no door/curtain so the water went everywhere in the bathroom. There was also a rooster that can disturb you from sleeping. Besides the minor issues we were offered a later check out, daily desserts at night (we did have 3 people in the room and received 2 desserts which was not an issue)

"Liked the breakfast buffet options, room condition and decor, bell staff, cattleya spa. The view was great if you ignored the 50 metre stretch of reclaimed land between the hotel and water. The pool looks good but is always crowded with little area to relax in shade. Did not like the Wi-Fi signal. ..."

"The room space was a bit tight, but I will say the staff are all very kind! The cleaning service is awesome - they place everything back to where it was and evident they clean. I will say though that this property is equivalent to a traditional western style hotel without any additional “bells”. ..."

"It was a good experience. Could have been better if the contact number provided responded. Because we would have wanted a groud floor accommodation since my wife have a hard time walking. We were given a room in the 3rd floor."
