it was a great location. We had excellent service from the front desk staff, especially with Nohora when we checked in and checked out. Unfortunately, on my last day just before checkout a staff member entered my room unannounced. That could have been quite a situation if I was not decently dressed. I did mention it to the front desk on checkout and they were very apologetic and said they would address it with the staff.

We loved this little hotel for our weekend stay in Montreal. Perfectly situated in the heart of downtown, but away from all the noise. The room had everything we needed, even the smart tv with chromecast. The shower was roomy and had hot water but a little leak at the top made it spray outside the enclosure and the whole bathroom was all a bit wet afterwards. We also could not turn down the heat and had to unplug the AC at night. Overall a great stay though and we will sure return in the future. The customer service was impeccable and the staff was very accommodating and nice.
