Property is very close to Broadway and local eateries. Due to proximity to Broadway, the sounds of traffic can be loud, but to be expected based on location. There’s a convenience store around the corner.

Great walkable location however you also get the city noise and lights. We had a dirty towel hanging on the back of our door and our ceiling was unfinished and unpainted sheetrock. The parking garage was a pain for in and out. Staff were very polite
