Although it advertises parking for guests, the parking lot is actually a public lot behind the hotel. Since it isn’t just for guests, it’s obviously full by check in time in that area. Called the hotel, their attitude about the fact that I was driving around looking for parking even though they advertised that they had parking was “good luck” - when I said that all of the lots on that street and the next were at capacity and asked what they suggested, they hung up on me. Drove around for an hour before we found a lot and then had to hike to the hotel with our luggage, only to stand in a longgggggg line to check in. Went up to our room to find that the premier room we paid for was on a floor full of under supervised teenagers running from room to room yelling and slamming doors. Called and asked to be moved to another floor and they said they would send someone right up with new keys. Called back 45 min later because we were cutting it close for our dinner reservation to hear that “they would send someone soon”. We had been standing in the room trying not to mess anything so the room wouldn’t have to be cleaned again. The rooms are dated. Wall paper is peeling in the hallways. It looked like the was water damage in multiple places where the walls were peeling. Definitely not worth the money they are charging per night. Book elsewhere.
