Perfect Spot in NY
Great location central to many places while outside of the touristy areas. Room was big with two sections to allow for preparing for the day while also relaxing. Fitness room was really well appointed with just about everything needed to keep your workout routine going on the road. I also found the staff to always be asking how they can help you and a great vibe every time I walked through the lobby. My new go to spot in NY.

We had a challenge with our check-in. We were given a room that had work being done in it. We had to go back to the desk, and it took a very long time to get a new room. We were trying to get to the TKTS booth, and we ended up missing out on our tickets because of this delay.
