The staff were amazing. Extremely helpful and friendly. They assisted us with lots of inquiries about local attractions and tolerated our poor grasp of French! Nothing was too much trouble. Le Lagon was in walking distance to the beach, shops, public transport and lots of restaurants. Very enjoyable stay.

Staff are very couteous, friendly. Special thanks to housekeeping for providing us fresh towels daily and cleaning the room. Would have been nice if the restaurant had vegetarian options. Will definitely recommend staying at Le Lagoon.

Good location, friendly staff, easy to get around by bus, bus stop just nearby, when crossing roads, look left then right if you come from a country that drives on the left as New Caledonia is French territory and drives on the right side of the road. Many shops and eateries around. Good infrastructure.

We had a nice two night stay here. Room was clean and tidy and location is good, a walk to restaurants in the nearby (3 minute walk) Hilton complex, or around past the Aquarium there is a strip of restaurants (about 20 minute walk). Also a small market about 2 minute walk.

A great location and friendly enough staff. Great bakery just done the road. Great waterfront walks and good swimming beaches. Rooms ok, love having a microwave and some crockery. Bathroom could do with an upgrade but overall would be happy to stay there again.
