We've been visiting the Rosen Shingle Creek for a few years now. It remains our favorite property, however, the bathroom conditions in rooms have deteriorated. Our tub was either not cleaned properly or the wear and tear has taken its toll. Overall, it made showering an unpleasant experience. The last two visits parking for check in have been absolute chaos. Please understand that the property is rather large and finding a place to park to check to then walk back and forth has you exhausted before you even find a permanent parking space (especially after a long drive). There should be a dedicated check in lane that allows you to complete your check in easily. Overall, we love the Rosen, the amenities and staff are incredible.
