Pool had a film on the surface, hot tub didn’t work. Hose in hallway by elevator was leaking water and towels were left along the wall. Dusty carpets were stained and smelt of old fried food. Chairs were stained and damaged. The hotel could use a deep clean and carpets replaced and a paint job.

Horrible check in
My check in was absolutely terrible. It took way too long for the check in person to find my reservation and he tried to charge me for two nights that I had already paid for in advance. The manager had to help find my reservation and I didn’t even get an apology. The room was very nice, but I wish it had a microwave. The location of the hotel was near a lot of good restaurants.

This place is running a time share on the property. So if you do not come by the check in time, you are not guaranteed a hotel room from wyndham. instead you will get a timeshare room thats running separately from wyndham and its dirty old and nasty. Its ridiculous to even consider a place like this to stay. DO NOT COME HERE

2.10.24 hot tub did not work, menu you get on the QR is not what they have to offer; kids were unattended at the pool and leaving trash everywhere, one woman’s son was bullying all the little kids of the pool; same kid spat in the hot tub as he walked by and people were in the hot tub.

Upon checkin we were told someone would deliver a crib as we had an infant and arrived after 12. We waited over an hour and no crib. Finally exhausted we made a bed ON THE FLOOR to avoid co-sleeping as it is dangerous. The bathroom door (barn door style) did not close all the way making an embarrassing stay. Bathroom was dirty and bed seemed as though it had not been changed.
