Air conditioning didn’t work. I had to ask 3 times to get someone to check it out. Was told several different things as to why it didn’t work. The room was dingy and not well maintained. We eventually left. Would not recommend.

Great breakfast. Good stores and eating establishments right next to property. Staff were great. Close to shopping, and easy access to major road way. Rooms are a little dated, but good value all around for the price and area.

We spent 7 nights at Palm Desert Embassy Suites. We had a few issues but the staff did their best to address each one. We loved the pool & work out facilities. We loved the morning breakfast too & also enjoyed the afternoon happy hour. The place seems to be bouncing back from the pandemic & they are painting & making repairs. The hot tub went down the last three days of our stay & that was a real bummer but we kept enjoying ourselves as there is so much to do & see in the area but an evening soak would have been nice. We will go back!

The curb appeal and front lobby of this facility was absolutely beautiful however the room was awful! We had a reservation for 4 days and ended up checking out the next morning. We would have left that evening if it was not so late in the day. The room smelled horrible and had gave the feeling of a pay by the hour motel 6.

Service was great and the breakfast was amazing. Looks like they are trying to update the hotel but found corners in bathroom and carpet was a bit dirty. Would still come back and stay at this property again.
