A couple of hours after arriving, I noticed there was no hot water and nothing was said about it when I checked in. I called the front dest and they said they would call when it was available, NOTHING! I go to the desk in the early morning, 5ish and first off, the ladies at the front desk lady at the desk was no gem but irrelevant. I asked her 3 timesto have here boss to call me. She said it would be after 9am. No call back, no discount on the room with no hot water. The rooms are ok but you get the feeling the place has been around for awhile before it was Margaritaville and it was. Resort fees for a place that has a pool?? I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Pretty average. Surprise $100 resort fee on top of room and taxes was stupid. Only one hot tub was working. Lots of walking and navigating to get from parking to one elevator. I’d rather stay at The Renaissance

Bad stay here in Palm Springs
We reported that we were missing a curtain in the room and without it people could see straight into the room, and they never provided one. There was no hot water for our mornings showers, we took freezing cold showers and nothing was done. The shower was dirty, and looked to be in need of some upgrading.

We liked the location - North of downtown - but a short drive away from many sights and restaurants. The room was very big and a joy to use. There are 2 pools but because of poor weather, we weren't able to take advantage of it. There are also multiple bars in and outside. The pool-side bars were closing early, around 7pm - or were closed. Not something we had expected.
