Didn't like that tub valve let only half the water go to the shower head. To be fair, though, I didn't report it until I checked out (didn't want the trouble of changing rooms). Didn't like that all bed pillows are very soft (hard to prop up in bed). Would like a mix of some soft, some firm. Breakfast would be much better with homemade oatmeal vs instant and with some hard-boiled eggs. I liked the quick response on fixing a malfunctioning TV remote (manager replaced the sensor). Liked the room cleaners' responsiveness, friendliness.

I was not satisfied with the swimming pool supposed to be heated, the water was cold, and the spa tub was blockedoff with police tape. I was looking forward to enjoying swimming or sitting and spa tub, this did not happen! This was the reasons that I picked this hotel!

Gross, dirty, horrible!! It took 3 try’s upon check in to get a room that the odor was tolerable. The first two rooms reeked !! The over powering stench of a LOT … of super cheap air freshener to cover up the smell of cigarettes. Lobby furniture looks like the picked it up from a curb on trash day. Stained and very worn. Dirty stained carpets. Literal trash on shelf of closet. No hangers in closet. 4 person room with only 2 towels. One of the two beds hadn’t had the sheets changed from the previous guest. They were dirty and had hair on them from someone else. Soap dish had soap scum on it from previous guests. Bathroom sink was clogged. No cups for the in room coffee maker. Refrigerator interior was dirty. Whoever is cleaning these rooms is doing a horrible job. DO NOT STAY HERE !!! SLEEP IN YOUR CAR INSTEAD … it’ll be better A dumpster would actually be better also
