Not only we could not get into our room since we were given the wrong code and had to wait for security to let us in… when we finally got inside, there were bugs crawling around the room. I have photos! We want a refund! Terrible experience.

The property and room was very very run down. Cosmetically horrible. Cracked mirror, broken lamp shade, handles missing if drawers, trash, blanket and ironing board outside room. I would not recommend this to anyone. Extremely disappointed.

Room was tired, unclean and needs maintenance. Curtains held together faith a safety pin, door broken off the closet, sofa damaged with rips and stains, room not well cleaned with dust on the ceiling fan.

I was concerned about this reservation because the communication from the property was so bad--conflicting information from different sources at every turn. It was very hard to find the "front desk". In the dark, the place was scary. People milling about, sitting on steps, watching my every move. It felt like a bad movie. I got back in my car and found a real hotel. This place is not what the pictures make it look like

Not a good time
It was dirty and not that nice looking. Lots of broken stuff and there was bugs. It was very loud and you could hear the people above you like they were in the room with you.
