What was once our favorite Hilton property for location and amenities, is now a shell of what it once was. The "automated" system is, well challenging when it does not work and standing outside awaiting a new code to enter, then the code does not work on the door.
fridge had to be replaced - it took 2 days. Routine maintenance is clearly LOW priority. Loose screws on door safety latch, bathtub grab bar, shower curtain, windows - some work, some not, etc.
The on line text people did their best, and the maintenance guy Roy did all he could.
couch is sinking cushions, while "Demo room" across the hall looks amazing!
again what was once a great property is not a shell of the glory days. It is a shame. beds were decent, TV was digitally pixelated, so useless, But hey, I was here for work, and we got work done otherwise (off site!). If you expect little, fine. but NOT the Hilton Homewood suites it once was. :(
