We checked in at 9:30 pm and went through the side door as instructed. Because it’s impossible to tell from outside we didn’t know what side we should park on. We couldn’t get through the building to our unit because a hall door didn’t even have a doorknob. So we had to leave and walk around the outside again. The main areas smell strange. Like mothballs and musty. We got to our unit door and the code we were given didn’t work. We texted and it only took 8 minutes to resolve the issue but the hallway wasn’t air conditioned and our kids were exhausted. Inside was cooler but everything from furniture to bedding is cheap. The nightstand plugins didn’t work so there’s no handy place to charge your phone. The popcorn ceiling and areas behind are filthy. I’m so glad we are only here one night.

What was once our favorite Hilton property for location and amenities, is now a shell of what it once was. The "automated" system is, well challenging when it does not work and standing outside awaiting a new code to enter, then the code does not work on the door. fridge had to be replaced - it took 2 days. Routine maintenance is clearly LOW priority. Loose screws on door safety latch, bathtub grab bar, shower curtain, windows - some work, some not, etc. The on line text people did their best, and the maintenance guy Roy did all he could. couch is sinking cushions, while "Demo room" across the hall looks amazing! again what was once a great property is not a shell of the glory days. It is a shame. beds were decent, TV was digitally pixelated, so useless, But hey, I was here for work, and we got work done otherwise (off site!). If you expect little, fine. but NOT the Hilton Homewood suites it once was. :(

Poor view, and nothing but the photos describe
The pictures on the website, make it look like an amazing room with amazing view. Although our room had all the amenities mentioned, including the king size bed, which was comfortable, both of our windows looked out into air-conditioning and no view whatsoever. If we had stayed more than one night, I would’ve complained, but we were tired and just wanted to go to bed. I would not stay there again.

This place is basically an apartment that was converted to a hotel. For bring on hotels.com, I'd expect some amenities such as an ice machine or a vending machine. It's a room with a refrigerator.

I had a nice 1 bedroom unit. I had issues with the cable as it kept losing signal but it did seem to work itself out. Also I could not get the windows to open and property management said they couldn't send someone to help which kind of annoyed me since I am an older woman travelling alone. But all in all, it was a good, comfortable place to stay in a good area and I felt safe and relaxed during my trip.
