My husband and I loved the room and the pool area. Some of the staff seemed like they didn’t like us or want to deal with us. Our phone in the room didn’t work and the volume on the tv didn’t work which stunk cause we were there for 2 weeks. The hotel itself was beautiful and the room was clean. The food was not that good. I would give the food 5 out of 10. And be aware the laundry there is super expensive. We paid $265 USD just for laundry that was done 4 times.

Good hotel for its price range. Some parts a little”tired”. The staff were friendly but could have been more proactive. The Sienna Rocks Cafe was excellent with very good staff and the best part of the hotel. The location is excellent as is the view. The breakfast was good and range of restaurant food/choices good. Kamala Beach is a great location.

Really Nice views, clean and relatively private rooms/balconies. No late night room service, and restaurant service was generally slow. Good Thai food. Easy enough walk or tuktuk/scooter to Kamala Beach. Ok value for dollar during high season. Shower and wifi good.
