Property was nice but the beds were way too hot and the AC did not cool the room enough to counter the hot mattresses. Also we could not get any reservations at the restaurants. The one positive is that you can hop on a shuttle and be in playa del Carmen in 15 minutes

Beautiful property!! Loved all the wife life and landscaping was stunning! However, we did not like the reservations needed for all the restaurants. We were not able to get in to most due to them all be booked up and no reservations were available. Very disappointing. Especially when there were visible open tables.
