I didn’t get the room accommodations I asked for. My shower water was cold and water pressure completely went away randomly, while showering. My room location was really loud. Buffets were pretty good. Seafood dinner was below average. Property was beautiful. Majority of staff was less than helpful. Front desk had no motivation to wanna meet my simple needs. Occidental in Cozumel much better.
