It is a very clean property. Food was delicious. Lots of options to choose from. My only complaint is the smoking. It is everywhere. They need to have designated spots. I am asthmatic and it was a huge issue. People smoked everywhere.

I recently just stayed 4 nights at this resort with 3 of my friends for my birthday. We had a luxury master suite which contained a living room, two bathrooms and two king size beds. Upon checking in, the room itself was beautiful, the property was beautiful and all of the staff that we interacted with the very first day were nice. Everything was going well up until we all experienced BUG BITES, in the room. I myself experienced a case of FOOD POISONING, that took me days to recover from. Our air conditioning stopped working on our third day and to top it all off the night before check out the power to the ENTIRE resort was out and we were forced to have dinner in the dark. This was the same night that I myself, experienced the food poisoning from the buffet. I brought these issues to the attention of the person at the front desk at checkout and this particular staff member himself did not acknowledge me at all, didn't even look up from the computer screen one time. I felt dismissed as he only handed me a check out card, and told me to hand it to the bell boy while leaving. Two of my friends are bit up SEVERELY by an unknown bug and yet we have not been compensated for any of these issues we've experienced. I do NOT recommend this resort for ANYONE, PLEASE STEER CLEAR.

Overall a great stay at serenade. Only issue was the power went out one morning for a few hours which was very inconvenient as we were getting ready to go out on a day trip and I couldn't shower beforehand. Entertainment crew is awesome, so is poolside service (pool closest to the beach). I forget her name but she was on the ball getting drinks for us. I wasn't a fan of the dolphin and seal cages, no animals should be caged for human entertainment - personal opinion. We would definitely go back, and next time bring the kids cuz it seemed to be a very family friendly resort with lots of entertainment for kids.

I do not like that people reserve pool chairs and never use them. I do not like that the restaurants are by reservation only. The drinks at the bar are very limited. Lots of broken pool chairs. Some of the staff are very rude.

Great beach! Food options were good. Sound system in main theatre needs updating AND the music was way too loud!
