Expedia and googling will tell you this property offers shuttle service to the Rome airport. So I expected an all day shuttle service. But they actually offer one shuttle at 7am. That's all. When I indicated to the staff that Expedia says shuttle service and I expected a shuttle to the airport, the desk clerk asked me if I spoke to Expedia and they told me that. I think that's kind of snotty to say to a customer. The next day when I called down to say we would take what I thought they told me was a 7:30 shuttle, I discovered it was 7 am, and they transferred me to someone who never picked up. I called back and the the front desk never picked up. But tons of people are working at the front desk, so I have no idea why no one answered the phone.
Internet is not free in general. We got it free either because of prior stays or our Expedia booking, I'm not sure why.
The cab to the airport from the hotel is very expensive and the only option (no public transportation) unless you leave at 7 am. Driving to the airport we passed a Hilton that was much closer, so I would select that instead of this property.
I cannot say enough nice things about the bar and restaurant staff. The service at both was incredible, the restaurant goes out of its way to give diners a five star experience. I highly recommend both the bar and restaurant. Some of the front desk staff should train under whoever trains the restaurant staff to learn something about speaking to customers.
