Location is perfect for all attractions and also not far from metro stations to go further if needed. Hotel was clean and spacious in the entrance and the room itself. No complaints!

Horror hotel !!!
This is the most horrible hotel I had stay in all my life. The reception is in another hotel, is trying to charge different amounts there. The lobby on the hotel is like a horror movie, the elevator is really really old. The room is disgusting, s sayin no smoke hotel, but is not true because there a smoke smell on the room. Completely dirty, things broken or not working properly. The carpet in side the room, is completely dirty and disgusting as well. The pictures on the internet about the hotel is completely different, and the good reviews probably is fake. There is also two guys on the reception is the most rude persons ever, one when we try to speak just keep interrupting and argument, the another one with one mask completely dirty as well, and is so rude because start to speak in Italian with the colleague them are saying we are “dump”. So I’m really disappointed the Hotel.com have this tip of hotel on the list !!

Not bad but not great
Easy ans friendly checkin. Room wasnt thoroughly cleaned on entry. When the checkin assistant took us through the cleaners hadnt cleaned the fridge so there was food from previous customers in there. The bed slats were broken, we raised it but wasnt fixed during our stay

Nice place in Rome
HIdden hotel is close to the opera house and conveniently located near the Rome train station and Rome Metro. The room was nice, the staff at the sister hotel, were very helpful. The elevator is a bit wonky because it only works when the inner doors are closed manually. Luckily, most guests remember to close the doors, but if not, you are out of luck until someone does. I wasn't crazy about the card entry system everywhere, especially as only some of the units would light up, but everything worked great once you got used to that. My room was a bit noisy at night due to people in the adjacent building, not within the hotel, but everything seemed to quiet down by 10 PM.
