Terrible hotel experience

We did not enjoy our stay at this resort and the service was certainly not of a 5 star standard: No wifi connectivity, our room was not equipped for 3 people, bed was broken and waited 2 hours for adequate service from staff to rectify our issues. There are many nicer hotels to stay instead for this price range.
