We loved our stay at the hotel, the place is clean the staff are friendly and professional. The room was great, plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 dogs, very dog friendly. Drink bowls in 2 places for them to have a drink. Breakfast was great, cold and hot options, very tasty. We had 2 very small pieces of feedback, there were no coasters/beer mats in the bar area to put glasses on. The room we stayed didn't have a bright light near a mirror for me putting on make up. Important as I had a job interview. But very small things. We would definitely stay there again, and we will.

Had two night stay myself my wife and are two dogs 🐕 we all loved it. Staff were very friendly and approachable especially Tracey and Ruth. Was 10 min walk to blue bridge (Grand Hotel) out of hotel right at traffic lights, left at bottom follow to bridge

Lovely comfy stay - great, friendly staff
I was impressed by the friendly and most helpful staff. My room was very clean with a comfy bed and TV, tea and coffee making facilities and soft fluffy bathroom towels. I look forward to staying here again one day.

Lovely hotel, very clean. Staff very friendly. The room we had was very spacious. Bed wasn’t that comfy (but I like my home comforts). Plenty of different drink options left in the room including a bottle of water.

I thought it was great value for money, beds were comfy great nights sleep paid for breakfast which was excellent.. did think the hotel was too hot slept with windows open in Feb , get ready for an early wake up from the seagulls but that’s Scarborough for you! Staff were lovely great hotel

LGBT friendly and so relaxing I extended my stay
Very disabled and lgbt friendly hotel and staff. Set in a building in a quiet part of Scarborough away from the noise and bustle of the main town. Building is Edwardian with Art Deco features. Staff were very friendly and respectful of my non binary and disabled status . Given a massive push room that was easy to use with my arthritis and bathroom was disabled friendly
