Property was ok, slightly run down, Aircon was sooooo Loud... paid for a pool including water fountain. despite contacting them twice to turn it on the thing doesn't actually work. Staff were nice and friendly.

Villa Stay

Pros: The privacy, the comfort of our own space. The open bathroom. The kitchen and lounge room leading to the pool area.
Cons: The bed had a dip in it and when we moved around it was quite noisy. It was big enough, it just felt like it needed replacing.
Location: Close to everything in Seminyak
We booked for a 6 night stay and loved our Villa. The staff were helpful and did an amazing job of looking after us.

Terrible communication

Overall the place is old and they do not help with mosquitoes in the same way I have known other villas to do. More than once I ordered meals without certain items only to have the meals turn up with that item! Overall the biggest disappointment has been communication! I tried contacting them repeatedly before we left and they never replied. I have also been trying to contact them since we left for assistance with an insurance claim and they refuse to contact us back. For the price, there are a ton of other villas in the same area. Try one of those.

In accordance with local regulations, all visitors must remain within the property during Seclusion Day (Nyepi)/Hindu New Year for a 24-hour period (starting at 6 AM). Seclusion Day typically falls in March or April (dates subject to change each year). Check-in and check-out will not be possible on that date. Ngurah Rai Airport (Bali International Airport) is also closed on Seclusion Day.
