had a great stay at the holiday inn seoul hongdae location. the location was absolutely amazing to be only a few blocks away from the heart of it all being close to the train station and having a taxi stand nearby made it so easy to get in and out of this location the check in was quick and painless - in and with keys in less than 5 minutes. the staff was great and helped us with any questions including bag storage after we left and checked out the room itself was very modern and lovely. larger size hotel room and felt the value was worth it!

Made a request but check in staff had no intentions, since this was a special occasion for my daughter. Also, terrible arrangement for the breakfast buffet, long queue but not much food left, mostly empty trays. We had once and gave up for the rest of the periods. Very disappointing!
