Hotel is evidently understaffed. Housekeeper has too many rooms to clean so that she often misses areas due to being short on time. We found a centipede in our bathroom.

I truly enjoyed my stay, staff was very kind, friendly, and helpful. Everything was walking distance shopping stores and street foods right behind the hotel. I will definitely book another stay at this Hotel

It was quite decent. I thought mountain view meant we get namsan view but I realise all around are mountains so it is debatable. Our towels were not always enough. Sometimes 3, sometimes 4 when we have 4 occupants. And the tea, I finished but it doesn't get refilled until last day. So sad. Not necessary to keep putting 4 bottles of water everyday when we still had unopened bottles.

Really old hotel but excellent location right above the train station and shopping area. Decent size family room but the bathroom was small.
