The apartments are seperate to the actual hotel and the hotel is where all of the great amenities are!

Apartment was a good size but dated. Needs to be updated. Limited glasses, etc had to ask for toaster etc to be brought to room. Very limited information provided to explain the facilities etc. shangri la hotel next door a lot more like what you would expect for a 5 star accommodation property.

Spacious apartment, perfect for families.
We arrived at 1am Singapore time. Although I had sent an email and received a response that they would have the room card etc ready I was still doubtful that it would be a smooth check in. I was wrong!
I was greeted with a friendly smile and in my room within ten minutes.
The next morning, we took a short stroll
over to the hotel for breakfast. The apartments are lovely but the hotel is absolutely stunning.
The breakfast buffet was huge and amazing. Something to suit everyone and the quality of food was excellent. Staff are super friendly. The manager would always greet us and have a chat, making sure we were happy and comfortable. Also, the Indian brother on the eggs was very nice always greeting us with a “Salam”. I feel bad I can’t remember his name.
Both pools were beautiful. The apartment if you prefer a quieter swim but we loved the atmosphere at the hotel pool.
Thank you to Shangri La for a beautiful stay.

Beautiful aparments close to Orchard Rd
We stayed in a very clean 2 bedroomed apartment about 5 min walk from the start or Orchard Rd. Kids loved the pool in apartment and hotel. We ate at The Lobby Lounge which was amazing and loved the coffee from The Shophouse. All in all our 4 nights in Singapore were great and would definately recommend these apartments for families.
