Nice hotel
The room was nice and clean. Hotel was great! Our only complaint was kids running in the halls yelling and banging on our door. Heard them again after midnight. Disturbed our sleep. Not really the hotels fault. Where are the parents?! Also, some loud neighbors in a nearby room. Sounded like they were rearranging furniture. Very noisy for an extended amount of time. I'm use to kids and noises but this was excessive.

I checked in in the evening l, and the lady was nice. She informed me that I would have to have my key card redone the next day cuz they were having issues with their system. But the people in the morning were a bit rude when I asked for a receipt, since this was a work trip. I gave them my email for the receipt and never received it. I called the next day to ask for it again and the lady said we will email it to you at some point and hung up on me.

Will do in a pinch.
Room was clean except it was very apparent the floor had not been vacuumed in awhile. It was bad enough I kept my shoes on the whole time. On arrival the front desk person was informative but not overly friendly. Packing up my vehicle there was a person smoking weed just outside the door. Checking out I was not asked how things were during my stay. The lady said just throw your keys on the pile, thats it.

When you finally check out you feel like you need a shower. Vacuuming the elevators and even dusting the headboard and walls. Ac vents were full of dust and debris. I can't even imagine what it would be like if you shampooed the floor in those rooms.
