maison bien située mais des travaux d'améliorations sont à prévoir
La maison est très bien située avec une vue exceptionnelle mais beaucoup de points négatifs :
Pas de porte dans les chambres du bas
Pas d'accès entre les chambres du bas et les autres pièces
Mauvaises odeurs dans la salle de bains et dans les pièces du rdc
Accès aux wc très compliqué surtout celui du haut
Jacuzzi hors d'usage
Lits 2 personnes en mauvais état
Pour cuisiner : une poele et une casserole !
La porte principale ne ferme plus il faut la fermer à clef

Belle villa confortable. Adaptée aux familles nombreuses avec grands enfants.
Ensemble agréable, vue reposante, villa bien équipée, très confortable, bien située pour les randonnées. Mais pas adaptée aux jeunes enfants et aux personnes âgées : beaucoup de marches à gravir.
Dommage que la correspondance avec le gérant se fasse en anglais, pas en francais.
