The hotel was fine and happy hour was a nice touch,.However the hotel had no knowledge of my booking whatsoever!!! So after an hour going backwards and forwards with your AI robot I decided to book and pay for it my self!!

The staff was very friendly. Everything was clean and the free breakfast was a step above the normal free breakfast. I really like that there were plenty of places to eat with in walking distance. The restaurant right on the property had a good selection of food and drinks.

This happened to be my second time staying at the Pear Tree and both were for an upcoming concert! The location is prefect, they offer all the right amenities like free parking, complimentary breakfast, and a fun little happy hour every evening! The rooms are always taken care of nicely and the view is incredible!

There was no heat for 2 days. When told about it the front desk said Maint was aware. At checkout we find out it was the entire building. It was freezing out and a snow storm and 2 days with no heat. Room never fot above 62 degrees.
