The rooms are clean, but heater wasn't working. Even the water in restroom wash basin wouldn't get hot, unless we first open the bath tub hot water tap.

staff was not unfriendly but asked to have room cleaned and have extra pillow brought up at 10 in the morning that night had to go ask again, got extra pillow but to late for the room to be cleaned, there was no desk in room or fridge first time I have stayed anywhere with no desk or somewhere to use computer and had lots of room for it
