The staff are always great in my opinion, we had a quick checkin, grab our packages, went to our room to drop them off with our luggage, then back out for some shopping and dinner. I love that there is a covered parking garage, although most of the covered area is for compact vehicles (a bit unfair especially as it rained and for us with big vehicles but we make it work). Now for dislikes, the place is truly showing its age and quite outdated with the other hotels close by, bed is worn and a bit hard needs to be replace, outlets need updating to include USB, bathroom definitely needs an upgrade - tiolet is to short and shower/tub needs updating the grout stained/chaulking is stripping. Also please get the second elevator fix, long waits. I was here in December and its still down the left elevator. Overall our stay was fine, just here for a short weekend - I do enjoy staying with Hilton but guys please do some upgrades its needed - you're going to lose guests.
