As a paying customer we felt like a complete inconvenience to reception staff. Housekeeping had far superior people skills. Outdoor pool was well warm. Outdoor 'spa' needs attention. Private outdoor spa is satisfactory and super temp.

After checking in we discovered our child’s bed had live bugs between the sheets and in the pillow. We promptly packed up and went to the front desk. When telling the front desk of the unsafe situation they literally did not respond at all. They just stared so we left the room key and left. Leaving us to scramble last minute for an available hotel. We had paid in advance for a two night stay at Oasis Beach Resort and the hotel is being no responsive in request for refund as service was not provided due to the motel not upholding their end of the agreement. Buyer beware. Do not book with this motel.
