Where do I start with this accommodation. Possibly the worst place I have ever stayed!! On arrival just after 12noon i went to reception and the dirty glass door was locked. The ripped paper sign announced that the reception was open 9.30am - 7pm. We rang the bell and about 5 minutes later 2 children in their pajamas answered the door. We asked to speak to their Dad. They ran and got their Mum who didn't appear to know what she was doing. She rang a person who sounded as if he were male. she asked me to pay and I informed her that I had already paid. She spoke in Indian the whole time she was on the phone. It says on their Expedia page that English is the spoken language. She gave me a key to the room and told me how to get there, She DID NOT give me a wifi password, parking instructions or any other information.
On entering the room we found the furniture and furnishings to be all very dated . There were broken light bulbs, dirty stains on the wall, stained furniture, empty tissue box, no soap dish, mouldy ceiling, a very noisy heater, and not sure in the kitchen as I refused to use it.
The only good thing for me were the clean sheets on our beds and the fluffy towels. Clearly not laundered in-house.
The outside grounds were overgrown, the trampoline was ripped and broken, and the outdoor furniture in disrepair.
I would not recommend that you stay here EVER!!
