There was no shower gel when I got to the room, the drain in the bath tub was blocked. I went downstairs and advised I needed shower gel and that I needed someone to come look at the drain the lady I spoke to said she’ll send someone up with shower gel and a maintenance person. That didn’t happen and I had to call front desk in the morning when I woke up for them to do send a maintenance person and someone to bring shower gel. Very bad customer service!
