Very nice hotel, very helpful staff, food was okay, the bar has a nice selection of wine although a little pricey. Cute gift shop, concierge is super friendly. Room is clean and cute, excellent for a one night stay or business trip.

Convenient, cozy stay.
The front desk staff did an amazing job. Friendly and helpful. I had to change my room cause it was noisy as it was near the elevator. The door should have some sound proof to help ease the corridor noise. Overall very covienent location. Descent room size. This is nothing to do with the hotel but the central reservation system. What is concerning to me, is the reservation number. So if you call the number listed, you can a call center in the caribbean. From a customer stand point, how would they answer questions about the hotel and logistics. Maybe I want a certain room or other location questions. But the most insanely illogical conversation I had with the agent, was that she was pushing me to book with them as Hotels.com does not guarantee the booking even though the app said so. So I asked what happens if I come there and no room..she said you would have pay extra and loose the cancellation fee and book with the IHG instead. Two agents confirmed this. I know sale pressure tactics so definitely called their bluff. Complete waste of time and regardless of the IHG points I received, I still will book with hotels.com
