Great location-Clean and felt safe
I was not sure what to expect as it was my first time lodging at a condo type accomodation. I must say that the communication was quite good, location was great for me, clean building and condo. The only thing that was kind of difficult was the checkin and out. Overall I would recommend and would stay there again. Having a Gym would be a really great bonus.

I like the area, close to the activities, it is perfects for sleeping. they need to revamp the studio, because the windows wall are all cracking.

A few broken things, but not importat one so that's not a real issue (like the soad dispenser in the shower kind of thing) Knows that the amenities (pool room, lounge, party room, game room, etc.) are not available for short time guess. Also, the intercontinental hotel does not offer the "keeping luggage" service anymore. Otherwise than that, great service, clear communication, very clean. I would reccomend!

Amazing place in the city with great staff
Unbelievabley helpful staff and commutation. Such a nice and comfortable property for you and your significant other to enjoy and relax in the city. Perfect location especially if you know the city. Lost my slides there when I left and they did everything in there power communication and initiative wise to make sure I got them back. 100 percent recommend

Great location, view of CN Tower. Very responsive with our questions and minor issues. Check in at the security desk wasn’t customer friendly as they were answering phones and two of them looking for other keys instead of giving us our key.

Ok overall. Great location. Communications use too many different things. I got important messages via text, emails, and internet portal! Text messages came from different anonymous phone numbers. Unit number was communicated by text while parking number got buried in my email inbox. Consistency is key, especially for busy people. Things have to be in one place. Room was overheated and thermostat instruction to deal w this was to open the patio door on a busy street… bed was below average. The rest was ok.
