Good breakfasts - not much change day to day, but there was such a big range I could change what I ate from day to day. Some things would run out (like yoghurt, or tomatoes) and not be replaced for days. That was a little odd. The room was OK, but a bit hot in winter time (and hard to get the temperature down). The guest laundry sounds good, but the drying machine hardly worked and it was under huge pressure as there was one of them and it was slow (but two clothes washing machines). The lack of house keeping is not a great option - I stayed for 8 nights and the sheets/towels (etc) were not replaced once. That really let the place down.
