This is our second time at Hotel Danieli. What a wonderful place! The staff is extremely kind and knowledgeable- special kudos to concierge Max - however, since we plan to come back and we want this hotel to remain as one of the best hotels in Venezia, I recommend that they improve their room service menu- we ordered a chicken sandwich (34€) and they brought us a cold chicken sandwich that we could’ve bought at any 7 eleven @ $3.00 - no garnish whatsoever, not even chips or a small fruit or any kind of detail that reminds you the great experience of being at a luxury 5 star hotel in Venice, just the plain sandwich on a small white plate.

Everything about the Danieli sparkled, starting with the caring and competent staff. They anticipated and surprised at every turn! We were upgraded on arrival (thank you) and enjoyed a relaxing and wonderful four days. The location could not be better which was really helpful as it was pouring rain on our arrival.
