Beautiful service! I left my expensive ear buds at the hotel and the trusted staff/cleaners kept this aside for me to pick up at a later date! Items collected without any hiccups. The hotel is located centrally in the heart of Auckland. Clean rooms. Recommmend 10 out of 10!!!!

The Mercure is very conveniently located for both tourist activities based in the CBD and for enjoying Auckland’s eclectic neighborhoods. The staff were great, the room was clean, and the bathroom was gorgeous. A great choice!

Staying at this property is probably the best things I’ve ever done. I have stayed at this property 2 times already and will be back in February. The only downsides of my most recent stay would be the night staff not being very welcoming I do understand though cause it was late at night. Also not being able to get a bandaid from reception or having toothbrushes in the bathroom. Lifting the blanket of my bed to find scuffs and then finding big marks left on the mattress protector was upsetting but they did come and change the sheets so it was all okay in the end. The day staff were lovely and so accommodating. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. Such a beautiful layout of rooms as well!!

K-road近くでバス停から近かった。レストランやコンビニも近くて便利。 週末泊だったが、外からの騒音もなく静かだった。客室のベッドは、新しくリネンも清潔で快適でした。バスルームも綺麗でシャワーの水圧も充分だった。チェックアウトが11時なので朝ゆっくり客室で過ごせた。 部屋自体は、やや手狭なのでロングステイには向かない気がした。 ハンガーが2つしかなかった。 チェックインの時に、ボンドを$100徴収される点はあまりいい感じはしなかった。返金はきちんとされています。
