Had a wonderful stay - my second visit here and the staff are always so welcoming. Spa was great and evening meal was delicious. Will be back!

Only wanted to use the sauna/steamroom after the gym but the charge was £15 EXTRA for 3hrs using all the 'health club' facilities??? Would have been £25 if half the facilities weren't out-of-order?!? Disappointed that using the sauna and ssteamroom for 1hr wasn't in with the £125 for the room.

Overall the hotel is very good. Only downside is a little lack of customer service. Both in the restaurant for breakfast, not receiving my order correctly, namely no toast or orange juice provided despite asking. And no receipt emailed by reception staff, so had to chase them again.
