The hotel was in an industrial area with very limited places to eat. We were there on a Monday and the restaurant at the hotel was closed on Mondays

The staff were fantastic. The shuttle from and to the airport 24/7 . Perfect if you need some where to stay between connecting flights. Highly recommend.

So close to the airport. The pool is lovely. The Canoe Hut Lounge is a fantastic place to relax and have a drink. The staff are incredible and friendly. Had a wonderful time.

Old, tired and run down. Dreadful bed and bedding. No soundproofing whatsoever. To add to this there was major work directly in front of the hotel through the night. Which involved jack hammering and mobile work platforms and other large machinery. We had booked this to grab 6hrs sleep between flights, we’d have been better off in the airport!

So close to airport but no real airport noise - just construction ‘next door’ during the day. Front desk exceptional - and maintenance was right up to correct an issue. Very noisy (and necessary) aircon unit. Fine for my overnight stay and shuttle got me to the airport ontime. Shuttle on way there was undergoing repairs but they waived my resort fee for my stay as I paid for the taxi. Not really impressed with the on-site Chinese restaurant, but nothing else nearby. There is a small ‘store’ that had some snacks and drinks, etc. No alcohol. Shuttle service was friendly and ontime!

The courtesy bus driver was fantastic even when behind the desk - friendly, positive and genuine. The other check-in staff would rather have been somewhere else. No smiles, no welcome, everything too hard.
