A lovely place to stay with great service. The extra touch’s like massage chairs, tea and coffee station and complimentary drink each night was an added bonus. So close to Kyoto station. Would recommend.

Property was very handy to JR station and staff very helpful. Its an ideal hotel for summer but too cold in colder months. Tea and coffee making facilities offered in lobby area and one free drink per customer per night but when they have to offer free blankets and jackets to wear while consuming these drinks - there’s something wrong with the basic design of the building!

The architecture and style are quite interesting. The proximity to the main station is excellent and yet the it is very quiet and peaceful.

We liked the location- easy access to and from the JR station. Hotel supplied extras such as free coffee, lovely toiletries, to make our stay very enjoyable.
