Hilton Canary Wharf Terrible Customer Service
I had to change my trip to London from March 8 to March 18. I offered to pay any price difference also. Hotels.com was cool with that if the Hilton Canary agreed. Unfortunately The Hilton Canary Wharf refused to change date and charged me for a night I couldn't make. My guesses they wanted get a second booking. Instead I kept the Reservation since I was paying for it either way and let a friend of mine who lived in London stay that night. Very uncool that Hilton (where I have bee an Honors members for 30 years) would let me switch the night at same hotel. Very disappointing
