Disappointing Stay: Issues with water & Hot room
Unfortunately, I recently stayed at Crowne Plaza Times Square Manhattan hotel and had a less than satisfactory experience. The shower nob in my room wasn't working correctly, making it difficult to adjust the water temperature. Additionally, the room was uncomfortably hot, and despite my efforts, I couldn't seem to lower the temperature and the room was dingy. Overall, it was disappointing to have these issues detract from my stay.

The room was dirty and we found the dessert boxes with old food inside. The room had a bad odor because of it. The tub in the bathroom was broken and had no shower curtain. The escalator to go up was not working. The bathroom counter had rust stains and the a/c was broken. The phone service was not working also

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, the hotel was clean, and the location couldn't be better if you're in the city to see a show. I couldn't be happier.

The room was way way way too hot! Was sweating my whole stay. I slept with no covers on and under garments on. At some points there also was no hot water. No mini fridge or microwave either. The only thing I actually liked about the room was the space and the view we had.
